Club Med has flying trapeze schools in several of its villages worldwide. The flying trapeze is typically run by a team of 3-7 'GOs' (Club Med's word for instructors) and is open in the morning for children in the Kids Clubs, and in the afternoon for adults between 4pm and 6pm. The sessions are free (first come first served) and typically end with a session of catches at the end. Adult villages (with no children's clubs) may run additional classes during the day.
Guests are usually given the option to participate in weekly fly shows, and children may have the opportunity to participate in a theatre show with static trapeze, trampoline etc.
Club Med's trapeze programme has been running since the 1980s, and basically started the idea of trapeze as a recreational activity. Lots of the other schools worldwide are run by ex-GOs and it's a great way to start. In addition, vacations at Club Med are great fun even when you are not on the trapeze, and you also get fabulous food, great locations and really friendly people.
