The rig is located next to a large circus tent next to one of the two golf courses and beside the tennis. Sandpiper is home to the trainer for the North American Zone and Bob Christians (founder of the Club Med circus programme) lives nearby and can often be seen in the village. Trapeze is very popular in Sandpiper and the queue can be long during vacation periods. During the winter months the weather can turn bad. In times of rain, classes continue on the equipment under the cover of the tent (but no flying). Inside the tent is a small casting rig, numerous static trapezes and several trampolines. Photos:
