Number of twists

Catch to hands
Notes
Also known as: Retour Sirene

After a normal wrists catch, swing into the apron and lift your right leg up to the catcher's shoulder. As he takes your right leg, he lets go of the right hand. Continue the movement and bring your left leg through inbetween you and the catcher, keeping it straight. Reach for the bar with your right hand. At the peak, let go and take the flybar with both hands.

In a double angel return, the catcher holds both legs, and the right arms is again free to reach for the fly bar.

Of course, if you prefer, you can do everything with your left leg etc...

These notes are provided ONLY as an explanation of the trick.
If you want to perform it yourself - get an expert to teach you.
