Notes
Also known as: Jarret

Swing out and back with your hands close together. At the platform, lift your legs up around the bar and stay in a straddle-whip position, with your butt close to the bar. As you approach the front end, hook your legs onto the bar and unfold your body (letting go of the bar) so your chest rises towards the sky. The catcher will be there to take you.

This trick can also be performed with the legs hooked on immediately at the back end. This variation is usually called a 'hocks off' whereas the late hook is known as simply 'hocks'.
