Bird's Nest Return

Half turn then bird's nest in catcher's arms (cross grip)
Number of somersaults
(none)
Number of twists
(none)
Catch to hands
Notes
Also known as: Retour Nid D'Oiseau

The catcher must cross his hands over before he catches you. Catch his crossed hands and keep your legs together. You will automatically turn in his arms to face the platform as you swing (one arm will be twisted). In the apron, lift your feet up and place them on his biceps. Push your butt through and make a birds nest position (again, this will feel odd because one arm is twisted). At the peak, let go of the catcher and grab the fly bar.
