Swing out and back with your hands slightly further apart than usual. At the backend, bring your legs up in front and place the tops of your feet (shoe laces) on the bar, with each foot next to the corresponding hand. Continue the movement with your butt so that it passes between your hands and push your head back so your back arches. Lets your legs out at the peak at the frontend and push them straight towards the catcher, as you leg go of your arms and push your hips forward for a legs catch.
