This refers to any trick involving a bounce in the net to grab a bar again.Examples include:Leaving the fly bar, bouncing in the net and grabbing the catch trap (as a cool way to get up to catch)Jumping from a crane bar, bouncing in the net and catching the fly barLeaving the flybar, bouncing in the net and catching the catcherFalling from the catch trap, bouncing and getting back up.
