Half turn in swing followed by front somersault (no break like cutaway)
Number of somersaults
x 1
Forwards
Number of twists
(none)
Catch with stick
Notes
Swing out and make a half turn. Swing back to the platform. Sweep back slightly earlier than for a swing so that you rise into your set at the front end early. Then sweep your legs back straight, let go and make a straight front somersault. You could also make a half turn and catch the wrists rather than the stick.

These notes are provided ONLY as an explanation of the trick.
