Half Turn Remount

Half turn onto platform
Notes
This trick can be performed in two ways. First is a basic 'tap turn'. Swing back towards the platform (facing it). Place your feet on it and push your hips up, twisting your body so you take the platform support on your left with your right hand (or vice-versa). Let go of the bar and continue the twist until your are standing on the platform facing out again. This is the easiest of the two methods. The second method involves forcing out high over the platform and turning in the air. Let go of the bar as you complete your turn to land on the platform with your hand on the support.

These notes are provided ONLY as an explanation of the trick.
