Swing out and make a half turn at the front end. At the platform, bring your legs up and hook one leg under the bar. Keep the other leg straight and tip your head back to look for the catcher. Keep holding the bar until the front end when you make a half twist (away from the leg that is hooked in the case of a single knee hang) and take the catcher's wrists.
