Notes
Also known as: Full Twisting Hocks Somersault, Jarret Salto avec VrilleSwing out and back with your hands close together. At the platform, lift your legs up around the bar and stay in a straddle-whip position, with your butt close to the bar. As you approach the front end, hook your legs onto the bar and unfold your body (letting go of the bar) so your chest rises towards the sky. Tuck for a back somersault and wrap your arms for a full twist.
