Swing out and turn around. Kip up to front support position at the platform. As you arrive at the peak at the frontend, pike forward and then drive your legs backways and over your head. This moves your body up and away from the bar. Make one and a half twists and catch wrists.These notes are provided ONLY as an explanation of the trick.
