Also known as: Mise en ventre , roulade en arrière, Uprise Mod

Swing out and then rise up to an uprise (front support) position at the backend. Just before the peak at the front end, push your straight legs under the bar towards the catcher. Keeping your body straight, let the top half of your body fall backwards. You will roll around the bar and end up under the bar with your stomach facing down. Lift your head slightly to see the catcher.
