Catch with stick
Notes
From a stick catch (so you are facing the platform). Swing into the apron and make a set with your legs. Break at the bottom of the swing and let your legs come forward in front of you. Let go and roll your head back with your body straight to catch your bar. See the Layout Catch page for more details.

If you break hard for a layout you will excert a strong force on the catcher, which could cause him to lose his grip on the stick. This trick therefore require a lot of practice and a strong catcher.
