Catch to legs
Notes
Also known as: Jambes

Swing out and back to the platform. As you swing forward again, open the legs to approximately shoulder width apart and push your hips forward. The catcher will take your legs and then you can let go of your hands.

This trick can also be performed 'half-time'. In this case you leave the platform and catch on the first swing.
