Planche with a half twist to catch

Also known as: Planche Demi Tour

This trick is more commonly seen on a 'bar to bar' rig, however it can be caught with a catcher with a stick. The trick is identical to a planche position, except at the moment of letting go for the catch turn onto your back and grab the stick.
