Notes
Swing out from the platform. At the back end, rise up into the set and pass your legs in front of you under the bar. Position the bar behind the top of your thighs and straighten your body so your arms are straight. Squeeze your butt! Just before the peak at the front end, relax your butt and let your body fall away from the bar, push your straight legs towards the catcher and let go of your hands.
