Reverse Knee Hang

Half turn, hang from knee(s)
Number of somersaults
(none)
Number of twists
(none)
Catch with stick
Notes
Also known as: Single Reverse Knee Hang

Swing out and make a half turn at the front end. At the platform, bring your legs up and hook one leg under the bar. Keep the other leg straight and tip your head back to look for the catcher. Keep holding the bar until the front end when you let go of the fly bar and catch the stick that the catcher is holding out for you. Unhook your leg and swing down. This trick can also be performed with both legs hooked on the bar, although it is arguably less beautiful without the free straight leg under the bar.
