Straddle Kip-Up

Rise up to a front balance position from a straddle under the bar
Notes
Fromt a straddle whip position underneath the bar, sweep your legs forwards and around the bar and bring your chest up over the bar into a front balance position (at the frontend). You can then fall back into the straddle position at the backend and repeat.
