Also known as: Pointe Salto

Swing out and back to the platform. At the backend, pick your feet up in front of you and place the top of your feet on the bar (as if doing a toe hang) keep both legs and arms straight. Just before the peak, throw your hands backwards to rotate around your feet, then remove your toes, tuck and somersault backwards before opening for the catch. Similar to a Hocks Salto.
