Trick starts like a layout somersault. After leaving the bar, perform a triple somersault with a full twist before opening to the catcher. Full twist usually performed: In first somersault ('Full in') In third somersault ('Full out') Half in first, half in third ('Half in half out') This trick can be performed straight, tucked or piked.
