Trick starts like a layout somersault. Break extremely hard and then let go for a triple somersault in a straight position. This trick requires so much rotation and height that it is usually not possible on a standard rig. Troupes that perform this trick are generally using a larger flyer/catcher distance than standard and hang the catcher from a lower point.
