2½ back somersault to legs
Number of somersaults
x 2.5
Backwards
Number of twists
(none)
Catch to legs
Notes
Also known as: Deux et demi

Swing out and back, rise up into a set at the backend, break hard just before the poles and let your feet and legs come in front of you. As you come off the bar, tuck tight for the double somersault and come out after you pass vertical, giving your legs to the catcher. Your feet will be against the back of his arms and he will hold the back of your legs, below the knee. Lie back with your hips forward or you will experience a whip and get dropped in the net.
