Uprise Departure
Jump from the platform into an uprise position on the bar.
Notes
Swing the bar out and back to the platform. Once the bar reaches the top of its swing closest to the platform, grab the bar with both hands and jump upwards and forwards into an uprise (front support) position on the bar.These notes are provided ONLY as an explanation of the trick.
