From whip, push to dislocation at the backend

Notes
Leave the platform and bring your legs up in front of you at the frontend. Push them in between your hands in a whip position. At the backend, continue the leg movement until your body is straight with your arms holding the bar behind you. The catcher will be in front of you at the moment of the catch.

This trick can be very dangerous for the shoulders!
