Planche position at backend
Swing out from the platform. At the back end, rise up into the set and pass your legs in front of you under the bar. Position the bar behind the top of your thighs and straighten your body so your arms are straight. Squeeze your butt! At the peak of the swing, let go of the bar and drop to the catch.
