Split position at backend

Explanation

Wrists Catch
Swing out from the platform and back. At the backend, rise into a set and bring one leg in front of you over the bar. Push your head back and your hips forward and pull the bar backwards onto the thigh of the other leg, with both legs straight. At the peak, let go and drop to the catcher.
