Rise up to a front balance position from a straddle under the bar
From a straddle whip position underneath the bar, sweep your legs forwards and around the bar and bring your chest up over the bar into a front balance position (at the frontend). You can then fall back into the straddle position at the backend and repeat. This trick can also be performed as an Uprise at the backend.
