Front somersault under the bar with a full twist
1 Front Somersault
Swing out and back and make a small set at the platform, sweep back just later than for a swing, and let your legs come forward again. Then sweep back for a straight jump, so you arrive at the frontend in a standing position, let go, twist and tuck for a somersault.
