Drive your legs over the bar after a half turn.
Swing out, turn around and swing back to the platform. Sweep back fast after the platform, bring your legs up in front of you as if going into a Whip position. Immediately open the Whip position (as if opening for a Flexus without a twist, or a Reverse Whip). Catch the stick.
