Also known as: Mise en ventre enrouléSwing out and pull your legs up and over the bar at the frontend. Turn your hands and straighten your body and arms so that the bar is on your hips. Just before the front end, bend your arms and legs ('pump') and then straighten both while looking ABOVE the catcher ('shoot') this will send you up and over the bar and into the catcher's arms.
