This is a downloadable info sheet explaining the basics of Bar-to-Bar trapeze. Written in the same style as my books and using the same illustration style, this PDF is a short introduction for students (who have some flying experience) trying Bar-to-Bar trapeze for the first time.
It explains the key differences between making a catch and making a Bar-to-Bar passage, explains how to connect passages together into a sequence and also covers timings for key tricks.
