Swing out and back to the platform. As you swing back forwards again, bring your legs up in front of you to quickly get into a Whip position at the frontend before opening for the catch. This trick seems like it should be similar to a Pelican, but because you can't sweep your legs up into the Whip position (the bar is in the way) it is usually less graceful.
Unlike the normal Whip, a Frontend Whip is best performed with a Regular Grip, to make sure you have enough space between your arms to quickly pass your legs.
