Back somersault from a Knee Hang position



This trick starts like a normal Hocks Off. Unfold with more power than usual to generate extra rotation. As you unhook your legs, tuck for a back somersault before opening and giving your arms to the catcher.This trick can also be performed with a Piked back somersault.
