Castaway Half (try to imagine the extra twist)
Swing out and turn around. Kip up to an Uprise position at the platform. As you arrive at the peak at the frontend, pike forward and then drive your legs backways and over your head. This moves your body up and away from the bar. Make one and a half twists and catch wrists.
