Rotate forwards to back

Trick ID: 372
Also known as: Suicide, Crash Dive

Rotate forwards to land on your back in the net after a trick

Explanation

After a trick that rotates forwards, the flyer can dive down into the net, tucking their head under to land on their back. In trampolining this is known as a 'Crash Dive' or in flying trapeze a 'Suicide'. This is suitable when missing catches such as an Uprise, Forward Over, Forward Under etc. or dismounts such as a Suicide.

It is typically not the best way to fall into the net as it encourages the flyer to over-rotate the trick which can lead to a poor catch. Therefore on this site, I recommend this method for dismounts, but rarely for missed catches.
