Full Turnaround (with force-out)

The flyer leaves the platform and does a force-out at the front. During this movement, they make a full turn on the bar, turning their hands around to end up facing the way they started. Best explained by looking at the video!

There are a number of ways to achieve this full turn on the bar, and here we make the distinction between a technique that integrates the movement into a force-out, versus without (just as we differentiate between half turns with and without force-out).
