Fly Bar BOUNCE to Catch Trapeze

This listing describes a group of tricks where the flyer leaves the fly bar after a trick, lands in the net and then bounces up to the catch trapeze. This is often used as a fun way for the catcher to get onto their bar without climbing the rope.

These tricks divide into basically three types based on where you end up: hanging on the bar, sitting on the bar, or in the catch lock. There is a video example of each below.
