This is the most simple type of returns, often taught to beginners. It requires little to no technique, and is achieved with a good deal of help from the catcher and the safety lines instructor. As you swing back towards the platform you push down hard on the catcher's arms and attempt to bring the hips forward. You then turn and catch the fly bar. This trick is usually taught for the sole purpose of 'making a return' in a show at resorts.
